Vince Moita focuses on land use and litigation. Prior to Moita & Moita LLP, Vince was an analyst at ACORE Capital aiding in underwriting and issuance of over $1.2 billion of commercial bridge debt primarily for construction and renovation projects throughout the United States in all asset classes. He has held several internship and clerkships including the Department of Justice - Office of the Trustee, Hovde Properties, Tidewater Capital, Reuben Junius and Rose LLP, and the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office.
Vince earned a Juris Doctor from UC Hastings College of the Law, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business with a specialization in Real Estate, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Entrepreneurship from Brown University where he competed on the Division 1 Varsity Wrestling Team for four years.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of California and holds a California Real Estate Broker License.
JOSEPH D. MOITA

Joe Moita's practice focuses on real estate transactions and corporate law. He is currently attending UCLA Anderson where he is specializing in real estate.
Prior to business school, Joe practiced real estate law at Gibson Dunn in New York, where he worked with investment banks and private equity funds in the negotiation and execution of commercial real estate financings worth over $2.8 billion across all asset classes. At Gibson, he also assisted clients with multifamily acquisitions as well as office and laboratory leases.
Joe received a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in financial economics and a minor in computer science from Columbia University, where he competed on their Varsity Wrestling Team for four years.
He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and California.
